The current small-business workflow page makes the same bet in product form. It highlights repeatable jobs like payroll planning, weekly briefs, customer follow-ups, and growth campaigns. That tells me this is less about chat quality and more about clearing recurring admin loops.

So the buying question changes. Don't ask only whether Claude writes better. Ask whether it removes the 9 p.m. tasks that keep a founder or ops lead online after everyone else is done.
